Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering. Certain items, such as clearance products, perishable goods, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item within 5 business days after the return is approved. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or exchange has been completed.
